Competition closes on Friday. So please if you are planning to enter, try to have it ready by then.

Please remember that any entries submited after this Friday, April 3rd, are not entered into the contest.
Sorry if that's the case, but there has been close to four months for the contest.

As soon as the contest closes, I will gather the entries and begin to judge; the winners will be anounced a week or two afterwards.


In other news, I'm still doing my best at getting some art done. It's a bit of a tough struglle I won't deny, mostly from a number of factors ranging from personal problems to lack of motivation.
I had planned something special soon, but it may take a little longer than I first expected.

The competition is simple and open to anyone who wants to enter.
All you need to do, is select a scene, any scene of your choice, from my comic, Rings of Time, and create a picture based on that scene yourself. It can be any scene that occurs during the course of the comic, as long as the scene does happen.
You can use any media you want; digital, hand-drawn, whatever.








Your own original work please. No using other people's art or taking panels from the comic.
Backgrounds are optional, but remember that you are trying to capture that scene in the comic. A good use for a picture of just characters and no background would be something that's heavily based on the characters (IE: Fleeing the Meg could work without a BG).
Must be a scene from the comic please. You can design the scene anyway you like, but nothing like Tiare sinking the Titanic or such please.
If you wish to use a character that is not one of my own (Black Leviathan, Cariu, Puck, Kameira, etc...), please contact the artist whom owns the character for permission. Links to their dA pages are on the pages the characters appear on. It's only fair, as you are going to draw their characters.
